David Barnes, associate professor at the University of Pennsylvania, will talk about the Lazaretto Quarantine Station in Philadelphia. It is the oldest surviving quarantine station in the Western Hemisphere . This piece of hidden history is an incredibly interesting story with Bucks County ties.
