The Bucks County Civil War Museum and Library, a subsidiary of The Bucks County Civil War Round Table, Inc., is led by a Museum Executive Director and is staffed by museum docents.

The Library is headed by a chief librarian and staffed by acting librarians. Museum direction, development and strategy are decided by the Board of Directors and Members at Large.

Bucks County Civil War Museum and Library is a volunteer organization. As a subsidiary of BCCWRT, Inc., it is an independent non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and a registered member of Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce and Doylestown Business and Community Alliance.
